How disruptive is a new boiler installation?
All installations are carried out by experienced and fully qualified GasSafe and Oftec registered heating engineers and we do everything we can to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. We take care to keep any disruption to a minimum and clean up once the work is done.
How do I know if my boiler needs replacing?
Most boilers are expected to last about 10 years. Older boilers are less energy efficient than current condensing types, so it could make financial sense to upgrade your model. Ask us for a no-obligation heating assessment to check if your boiler needs replacing.

How long does it take to install a new boiler?
Before we start the installation process we’ll assess the work required and let you know how long it will take to complete. Depending on the complexity of the work, you should allow 1-2 days for a new boiler to be installed.
Why should I upgrade to an 'A-Rated' boiler and what is the rating system?
Boilers are rated from ‘A’ to ‘G’ for fuel economy. G-rated boilers are the least efficient, giving you less heat and hot water for the fuel they use; A-rated boilers are the most energy efficient and are environmentally friendly.
Upgrading to an A-rated boiler is a cost-effective way to stay warm at home, save money on your energy bills and reduce carbon emissions.
What happens if I book a home assessment?
Our home heating assessor will undertake a full survey of your home, before providing you with a range of options to upgrade your home heating system. These will take in the needs of your household and your budget.
The assessor will advise you of any of our current offers and also discuss payment plans.
How much does it cost to install a new boiler?
You’ll need to book a home heating assessment to find out. Our expert survey will help you decide on the most suitable boiler for your home and household needs. Moving the boiler to a more convenient place or installing additional radiators and controls could also have an impact on your heating costs.
Following your home heating assessment we will send you a detailed written quotation. This is a fixed price quotation outlining the costs of the different boiler options you’ll have discussed. As the cost is ‘fixed’ you’ll know exactly what there is to pay.
