External Render transforms your property quickly and cost-effectively
The outside appearance of your home could be letting it down. Adding new external Render is a quick and easy way to give your property an instant refresh, and refurbish exterior walls.
What’s the advantage of installing new external Render?
Old render can make a house look a bit tired and shabby, especially if the external walls have patches of staining or the render is cracked or crumbling.
New Render can instantly smarten up your property’s appearance, and increase its all-important ‘kerb appeal’. Our recommended products will also waterproof and weatherproof the outside walls, keeping your property in good condition.
Installing external Render is straightforward and great value for money. Many customers find it’s actually more cost-effective and longer-lasting than simply repainting their property. It’s highly recommended if you’re getting your home ready for sale, as that vital first impression can help you achieve your asking price.
A refresh for your home
External Render on its own does not include insulation, so it won’t stop heat loss or reduce energy bills.
If you’d like to stay warmer and save money as well as update the outside look of your home, you might want to consider External Wall insulation.

Trust our expert care and attention
At your no-obligation home survey we’ll view the outside of your property and check the condition of any existing render. Badly stained or damaged render may have to be removed before we can apply new Render, which will be factored in to the project.
We’ll also consider how we would deal with any external property features such as wall lights, doorbells and alarms.
You can tell us the results you’d like to see, and choose from new Render colours and finishes.
Following your survey we’ll provide you with a clear, fixed quote and an estimated timescale for the work.
